After each round, a betting interval occurs. During the betting interval, each player can see the cards in the deck. If a player’s hand is better than the rest, they are encouraged to call. But, if the other players have a better hand, they are encouraged to fold.
If a player doesn’t fold, they keep the cards in the deck. In the case of a five-card draw, the player is required to place an ante into the pot.
When a player has a hand with three or more cards of the same rank, he is called a flush. The highest possible hand is a Royal Flush, which is a hand of five cards of the same suit.
